Hi, hi, I'm Sam - a chef from Charbulka (training culinary school) in Brno who never wanted to be in high gastro. Anyone who's been through this institute probably knows. And as I look around Brno's gastro venues, they are more passionate cooks than people from the field. And so it's no wonder I slipped into something as simple and actually as simply good as street fast food. And so I'm here to fill your bellies with goodness.
